UK NTP Server for GMT time plus daylight saving adjustment?

Can anyone recommend any reliable NTP servers in the UK that have been around for a while and will keep my computers time accurately updated and make adjustments for daylight saving time here in the UK once we switch out of GMT (UTC) in a week or so?
If you are using Windows your clock is synchronised automatically
every 7 days to the server of time.windows.com
Sometime ago it used to be some atomic clock in the States.
