When you activate iphone through itunes does it take money away from the card registered on your account??

My iphone is coming in tomorrow, and i just wanted to make sure about activation. I know you have to activate through itunes, but what im concerned about is that will they charge the activation fee towards the card that you registered on itunes to buy

No.. they dont charge the card that you have registered in itunes, it comes in your next AT&T bill.
