is there a problem on contract killer on the iPod Touch?

I have a 4th generation iPod Touch and recently downloaded contract killer by Glu. It keeps crashing before, during or after a mission, mostly when the mission is loading. I was wondering if there is a problem and is there a fix for it?
I downloaded

They recently came up with an update... & it fixed that for me. Look for it.
