What's the difference between Gopher servers and web server, is Gopher server faster or newer den web server
Gopher is an old Internet protocol that predates the HTTP protocol. It combines elements of FTP and hyper linking.
It's not used anymore in typical Internet services since the web tools and services are much more robust and developed.
