Can I load ipod apps onto another ipod touch if i purchased them once?

I plan on purchasing second Ipod Touch (2g) and I want to know if I will be able to if I will be able to load the ipod apps i have already purchased onto the new ipod touch without having to pay for them again.

not a lot of ppl know this thou. They are free if some else allready downloaded it. just go to there acount and download it from there.
