I recently stoppred charter.net and switched to yahoo.com but sending out email has not worked, they come back or go into outerspace
You must continue to use your Charter SMTP server for the outbound mail... Charter (or any other ISP) will not let you send the mail directly to the Yahoo SMTP server... you DO still get to use the pop.mail.yahoo.com for the incoming POP server..
