How to plan IT server room cooling requirements?

I have a server rack containing 10 mid-sized (2U) servers in a 10x10 server room with nothing else in it. Let's assume the power supplies on these servers are drawing about 600 watts each, at peak.

What's my low cost option to keep things


3500 watts equals 12000 btus/hr (not btu)

12000 btu/hr equal 1 ton

Server equipment = 1.7 ton

Room probably around 0.5 ton or 6,000 btu/hr
