How many songs can an 8GB ipod Nano hold?

I have an 8GB Nano Chromatic Ipod.
I was just wondering how many songs it can hold, approx.

It depends on numerous factors. Assuming that you mean mp3's, figure 2000 to 3000. My FIRST mp3 player was 32MB. On sale. I would sometimes listen to songs that were in mono...sometimes stereo songs. As regards the stereo songs, I could reduce the
