How do I run Ultra VNC as a service?

I am running Ultra VNC Server on my XP desktop and Viewer on my Vista laptop. I am trying to avoid opening and running VNC each time I wish to access my desktop remotely. Please advise on how I can run Ultra VNC as a service. I had donwloaded the version

Go to control panel on XP machine, then go to admistrative tools, find the icon labeled "services" look through the list and see if ultra vnc is in there. If it is, check to see if it is listed as "automatic" under startup type.
