when i convert dvds on the PQ DVD to iPod Video Suite software there is no sound?

I have just converted hp1 using the PQ DVD to iPod Video Suite software but when I -play it on the computer there is no sound at all. However, when I play the dvd on the computer the audio is brilliant...
can you tell me how to fix this please?

Why don't you change another tool? I personally use WinX Free DVD to iPod. umm, it is easy, fast, practical, safe, clean and high quality. my true experience.
