What's a good program to do automatic online backups to your own FTP server?

I have my own FTP server with about 10 GBs of storage. I need a program that will automatically backup certain files to my server. Any suggestions, I'm looking for free.
Try 2BrightSparks' Syncback SE? You mentioned that you are looking for a free backup program. Unfortunately, Syncback SE will cost you $25.00. However, there is a freeware version which has all of the core features but lack the more advance features.
