What are some Ipod touch pros/cons?

I was wonder what are some pros and cons of buying an ipod touch 16 gb 2nd gen ipod and any other info on them would be appreciated.

Mine is really good on the whole.
Since Christmas, it's froze about 3 times?
It's a bit annoying so I just left it and after a couple of minutes maximum it came back on.
