How much should a new Ipod nano 2GB cost?

I was looking on Ebay and this person has a Ipod nano 2GB with a bid starting at $23.00 and the shipping is around $12.00. Is that dirt cheap for a new Ipod? I thought they rance starting $200? AmI right about the actual price? Can someone hel me with

The nanos start at $149....for an 8GB model.
They haven't made a 2GB one for around 3 years.

If they actually said "new" then they probably meant not opened.
